Sakshi is a PhD candidate in Engineering Education working with Dr. Desen Özkan at the University of Connecticut. Her research focuses on engineering students’ energy literacy across cognitive, affective, and behavioral dimensions. She is interested in how students’ knowledge, attitudes, values, and behaviors related to energy develop through their educational experiences and influence how they approach real-world energy and sustainability challenges.
